Production
Daupro began
operations in 2015 within a 300 m2 production facility, staffed by two welders and two office employees. Today, our production is divided between two specialized workshops. The first is a 300 m2 space dedicated to welding and processing small parts. The second is a 600 m2 facility equipped with a crane for the welding and assembly of larger orders. Additionally, all stainless steel processing is conducted in a separate, dedicated room to ensure strict adherence to technological standards and high-quality results.
Certification
The production
process is certified according to EN1090 performance class EXC2. This certification is renewed annually, authorizing us to apply the CE mark to our products.
Per the European Commission decision effective July 1, 2012, CE marking for steel and aluminum structures in accordance with LVS EN 1090 +A1:2012 is mandatory throughout the European Union. This confirms compliance with the LVS EN 1090-2:2018 and LVS EN 1090-3:2008 standards.
To maintain strict quality control, our employees are certified according to ISO 9712 requirements for visual inspection (NDT VT level 2).
